WebI don't want to cook it in my mom's crock pot, and my Dutch oven is too heavy to relocate to her for this recipe. I have a beautiful roast from Costco, and want to cook it tenderly (and tender ;) ). I'll be cooking it at 300° for 3.5 - 4 hours. Thanks!!
