The battle against Dark Fact goes too fast and it's seemingly partially luck based, maybe that's why it doesn't feel too hard, because you can retry it instantly and it is over in 20 seconds or less. However the game is unforgiving hard on any difficulty and does not explain anything. I used to joke that YS 1/2 made dark souls look like New Super Mario Bros.
