We had lots of trouble with the WD15, including bricking a handful after firmware updates (stay away from those). WebOct 21, 2024 · For some reason, my laptop recognizes the dock when it is connected (A Generic USB Hub and a USB composite device both show up in the device manager underneath the USB controllers section, and there is the usual sound that goes on and off when the usb c cable is plugged in and out) but the monitors say no input signal found.
